What it is
An isothiocyanate generated when glucoraphanin (abundant in broccoli,
especially broccoli sprouts) is hydrolyzed by myrosinase. Sold as
broccoli sprout extract or sulforaphane-stabilized supplements. Doses
range broadly; trials often use ~30-100 mg sulforaphane equivalent /
day.

polyphenols. As a dietary practice (eat broccoli sprouts), it's safe and
cheap; as a longevity supplement, the case is mechanism-driven rather
than outcome-driven.
